Our Mission

A compass, not a destination

Find Spirituality was built on a simple conviction: that the world's great spiritual and philosophical traditions contain profound wisdom, and that most people never get to explore them fairly because the tools that exist are either shallow quizzes with obvious agendas, or dense academic texts that require years of study to navigate.

We wanted to build something different -- a thoughtful, honest assessment that treats every tradition with equal respect, maps your actual values and beliefs without pushing you toward any particular outcome, and gives you rich enough results to genuinely take a next step.

How the assessment works

The 52 questions are organized into seven thematic sections: Metaphysics, Ethics, Personal Growth, Community, Spiritual Practice, Knowledge, and Lifestyle. Your answers are scored against a detailed mapping of how each of the 70 traditions approaches those same themes. Your results show not just your top matches, but why -- with practices, key books, and suggested first steps for each tradition.
